Construction or alteration, either permanent or temporary, including the use of a crane, on or in the vicinity of Eppley Airfield or the Millard Airport is subject to the provisions of Title 14 CFR Part 77 including the requirement for an obstruction evaluation/airport airspace analysis to be conducted by the Federal Aviation Administration.
